Happy Monday! Today TQLC has partnered with Ann Taylor to style their perfect fall staples from the "A-List." Each of these chic and versatile closet must-haves and will take you from office to weekend, all season long.

My favorite A-List items include the leather pencil skirt, the modern legging, the moto jacket, and of course the amazing array of LBDs. I love how the leather pencil adds a little something to an office appropriate skirt. This skirt can be worn with a million things you already own. Here I paired it with the cape-like layering sweater, but it would look equally as amazing with the moto jacket in my last look. Speaking of the moto jacket, this chic staple may be my favorite of the the favorites. I love the soft and modern color that is totally on trend. Here I paired it with the leather shirt dress and chelsea boots, but this great piece goes with jeans, skirts, and beyond.

Ann Taylor's leggings are the best faux leather pair I have ever felt. These babies are super flattering thanks to their thick and structured fabric. Like their real leather counterparts, they would actually be warm for the cooler months to come.

A great LBD is a necessary as air in any woman's closet, and Ann Taylor's LBD shop has one for everybody type and occasion. I love the mod silhouette of the leather shirtdress and the flirty skirt of the laser-cut dress.  I paired the laser-cut dress with a shirt underneath to create a preppy office look. But to transition to an after work date, change into heels and lose the shirt underneath!

I hope everyone is as equally inspired by the A-list as I am. To shop these perfect peices head to anntaylor.com.  Have great rest of the week and thank you as always for reading!

  1. Reasons why you're on of my favorite bloggers: This post.

I have been obsessed with Ann Taylor this season and they have so many great pieces. Most of the pieces you featured have been on my wishlist for the longest time, including the Black fit and flare dress and the Black vest with leather details. You styled all of their pieces to perfection and showed how truly versatile everything can be.

    So obsessed!

  4. I really love your style- especially the knee socks! I haven't particularly liked the knee sock look this season but they way you styled them really work. Do you think they're conservative enough to wear to work?

    1. Thank you Amanda! I think your ability to wear knee socks to work depends on your office. For a super conservative or corporate environment I would think twice. The reason being, is in order for knee socks to work, the hemline of your skirt should be higher than your knee, thus creating the right proportions. However, if you work somewhere that embraces a creative dress code, I would go for it... just make sure to keep the rest of your outfit tailored and professional. I hope that helps! Thanks for following along!
